Steph is a systems and process consultant based in the Waikato with over 25 years of experience. She works with Onsite Insight clients to untangle messy systems, improve processes, and implement job management software that actually works for the people using it.
With a background in accounting, IT, and business process improvement, Steph brings both the big picture thinking and the detail needed to get things running smoother. She’s led ERP rollouts, managed complex system integrations, and guided businesses through mergers and restructures – all with a calm, practical approach that keeps teams engaged and outcomes on track.
Steph’s also walked in small business shoes – she co-founded and ran Sweetree Honey, an award-winning agri-business, so she gets how important it is to keep things simple, efficient, and fit for purpose.
She’s known for her ability to spot issues before they become problems, make complex systems make sense, and bridge the gap between tech teams and the people on the ground.
