Hi, I'm Beth Park.
I’ve spent over 25 years in production and manufacturing environments, leading teams, improving processes, and working across everything from lean systems and quality to capital projects, training and health and safety.
What I’m good at is getting into a business, understanding what’s really going on, and making it simpler, clearer and more effective.
That looks like:
- sorting or simplifying systems and processes
- building practical documentation that actually gets used
- helping teams solve problems and work better together
- improving productivity using lean thinking
- supporting projects from start to finish
- developing leaders and lifting capability
I started my career in brewing with DB Breweries and Heineken after completing a Bachelor of Technology (Honours) at Massey, specialising in food technology and process engineering.
Somewhere along the way, I realised I enjoy fixing messy systems and helping people perform better even more than I enjoy beer.
That’s what led me here.
Now, through Onsite Insight, I work alongside businesses to bring structure, clarity and consistency - without overcomplicating things or turning it into corporate nonsense.
I’m hands-on, practical, and I’ll work with your team on the ground to get things sorted properly.
